Hawaiian Islands

Itinerary Inspiration

As one of the most sought-after vacation destinations in the world, Hawaii is a chain of tropical islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Known as the "Island of Adventure," the big island of Hawaii offers you everything from towering volcanoes and magma flows at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to black sandy shores at Punalu'u Beach to historic museums and shopping at Kailua Village. The Garden Isle of Kauai welcomes you with an abundance of lush greenery, endless blue skies and the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" known as Waimea Canyon.

Maui, referred to as "The Magic Isle," is the second largest island and is full of beaches, dense rainforests and quaint towns. Take a scenic 65-mile joy ride on "Road to Hana" or visit the Molokini Crater Marine Sanctuary to admire pods of dolphins and whales and snorkel around an underwater crater swimming with marine life. Oahu, known as the heart of Hawaii, is a big surf spot famous for the Banzai Pipeline. Hike the Manoa Falls, attend a luau in Waikiki or explore the historic grounds of Pearl Harbor. Every island in Hawaii will bring you breathtaking views and exciting adventures!

Climate & Weather

The Hawaiian Islands have a tropical climate with minor temperature changes throughout the year. There are two seasons: summer (kau) from May to October and winter (ho'oilo) from November to April. Water temperatures stay warm, while temperatures in the summer reach the high 70s and 80s and cool slightly in the winter to low 60s and 70s. Most of the rain falls in the mountains and northeastern side of the islands. Overall, the weather is pleasant with plenty of sunshine year-round.
